Listing acharges – Marvnext charges the merchants a listing fee to offer the products on the website. All aforementioned fees are payable immediately. Marvnext reserves the right to adjust the fee at any time. If the merchant deletes or modifies an offer while the offer is still valid, this does not entitle the merchants to reimbursement or reduction of the listing fees incurred. Marvnext shall not be making any fee refunds to the merchant under any circumstances whatsoever.

Marvnext reserves the right to change the fee structure from time to time and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately. In particular, Marvnext may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Marvnext reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. It is therefore requested to the concerned party to get the latest fee structure from our customer care executives before signing any deal with Marvnext.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian State. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
